I was cheated and duped by M/S Pel Softlab Pvt Ltd, an IT firm located at PEL House,Plot No- 110, Adjacent to JMS,Bodhella, Vikas Puri, New Delhi- 110018 with whom I took a computer training course for 11 classes as per their program after making payment of Rs.4950/ by cheque no-024592 of ICICI bank dated12-07-2012 and it was confirmed by them allotting Ref No- 50119 through e mail. As per their program, they were to depute teacher at my resident located at Faridabad for the training involved in their program. The first class / seminar was started on 06-08-12 and subsequently classes were held on the following dates –

2) 11- 08 -12
3)17 -08 -12
4) 25 – 08-12
5) 01 – 09-12

After completion of the above 5th no of classes, they failed to depute teacher at my residence at Faridabad for the above computer training. I contacted them on phone 011-45728900 on several occasion for fixing next classes but I was informed time to time various reasons for not providing training person at my residence.
In the above context , I sent several mails also to them to start my classes and the last mail sent to them on 22nd January’ 2013, I mentioned that as they had failed to fulfill their contract obligation, I was going to file complaints against them in consumer court for seeking compensation at their cost and risk
As I have not get any response from them thereafter regarding resumption of training classes, I am submitting my complaints.
