My interactions with Pelican have not been good at all. Even before the process has even begun, they ask for payment in full during the first introduction. They were aware right away that my University had been shut down and that it would be challenging to receive an ICAS assessment. Anyway, we began, and I handled all of the payments to Pelican.
I sent my school credentials to ICAS, but the process was halted due to other requirements that I was unable to obtain from my government; Pelican was made aware of this from the beginning. Even though I didn’t request a full refund, Pelican rejected my request on the grounds that I was withdrawing my application, which is untrue. The fact that Pelican asked for money without performing their duties is so unfair and unprofessional.
