In reference to this order id i have not received a satisfactory answer on the escalation to add it on the Team says there is no escalation matrix. i am still awaiting a response / call from Tanuja. i had placed and order for 4 items and received only 3 parcels the vendor goofed up did not deliver or send intimations on email to track the order to which pepperfry says we have processed and it is not our mistake why should the customer suffer if the vendor has messed it i need intervention of the Senior he was not able to transfer the call. I am totally upset with this approach of pepperfry if brands are going to give this response then it is upsetting and this approach does not allow me to shop further on pepperfry.
If I have received a wrong parcel without any details how does pepperfry expect to return within the given time secondly the lady who called me did not even know the correct vendor to verify all of this has taken the time and I would want to know the vendor to escalate this further
