I had ordered a mattress in pepperfry and had to file a return because the size of the mattress was small. I have not gotten any call back from them and the refund also is not processed.
I am calling them everyday, but I am not getting any response. Please look into this. I need help. I had ordered the mattress on 30th December and the order number is 307673356.
The mattress was delivered on the 5th of January. I had placed a return request on the same day. And the person called Kiran Raina and Nikita F called me and asked me to share the images of the mattress which I have done.
But it has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. I request you to kindly look into this. They had promised me that they will send someone to pick up the mattress but no response till now.
I have been calling them nonstop but I am not getting any response from them. I am also leaving a call back request but nobody is calling me back. I request you to please help me.
Also the cost of the mattress is INR 6,666. I request you to please help me.
