Sir,

I have ordered few items from Pepper-fry against my Order No. 303553671.

Out-off 4 products I was not satisfied with 1 item i.e Stainless Steel Barbecue set (Product Id No. KD1629020-S-PM21814).

The product is too big to use in a normal kitchen condition for any housewife. Though Co.had mentioned details of the product but i was not fortunate enough to judge the size and booked the wrong size.

Now, after receiving the product i approached Pepper-fry team to get it returned but was shock to know that they cannot exchange the product because it’s not falling under there policy or my complaint is not fulling to there scale.

I have received my Case no. MA-20117-0028 towards the said complaint i did and on basis of this I tried to talk and explain to Pepper-Fry return team, who neither helped me out because of there bench mark policy.

Generally it’s shocking that online Co. having such rule and they don’t support there customer who shop online and blindly trust the Co.

I would like your help here and would like to change my product from Pepper-fry from whom I have bought the product online and would like to fine Pepper-fry for the harassment i am going through.

Hope a strict action is taken against the Mgmt. of Pepper-Fry to change there return policy structure, which no other Company does (at least online Companies, who has there comfortable return policy).
