In the month of December, we bought a dining set for Rs.56,000. At that time the cushion of chairs was uneven but we ignored such a minor problem.Then in the month of Feb, a piece of the chair broke. we registered complain and got an amount of 7,000 to get the chairs repaired. then again this month the dining table’s log is getting detach from the table and again we complained against it. In response to this, they said that whatever repair we want to retrieve we are supposed to do it from the money they gave us. But we assume that we will face problems in the coming months and that we would like to return the product but they wouldn’t agree to it. We would like you to take serious actions against the company Pepperfry.
