My order number is #PPI-SXXX694738699XX.
I bought a bottle of perfume from this website on February 23rd, and the website indicated that it would be mailed in early April at the latest. Then, even though it’s May now, my perfume still hasn’t been mailed. During this period, I used the live chat box of the website, but the customer service only told me that it would be sent soon, and the language was not very pleasant. I also sent an email to them, but I didn’t get any response. Even though their website is beautifully made, I still think it is a scam website.
