Hi There,,
I have ordered cosmetics from Persensual.com to be delivered to New Zealand but received wrong products..
Ordered Lotus acne gel x 2 for $33 but received Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner worth $5… And no one bother to respond to emails and online enquiry forms from persensual.com Customer care phone lines are not connected most of the times from New Zealand and 2 out of 10 times it connected but receiver cant hear/ drops the call.
This is emotional and monetary abuse. Please guide me . raise complaint on behalf of me. I can provide order details / mails I have.
