This is unfair to other Keen advisors who work really hard to get honest ratings. Somehow she was able to achieve this since 2012. Because of her, other advisors have to pay higher bids to compete in the Features Listings in the Psychic category. She ends up getting clients through this unfair advantage.
This is my firm personal opinion after a thorough investigation through many channels. She has been cheating with her ratings for some time. Even after Keen has deducted 2, 000 points from her in 2016 due to her previous rate boosting, she continues this practice. I would like to see justice for other advisors and clients who are bamboozled by this artificial, deceitful rate boosting.
It is also very clear that Keen is turning a blind eye on her cheating. This is disturbing, because all anyone needs to do is to look at her site and observe, just like I did, for a few days, and they will see what I saw. I am wondering what Keen is doing to prevent such blatant cheating from occurring again. What she is doing is harming everyone at Keen, for both clients, advisors and the company itself.
Keen must stop such rate boosting from happening again. It would only be fair for Fiona to be penalized for this, by having her extra ratings immediately removed from her Love and Relationship site and for her site to be banned from Keen. This way Keen fosters fair practices according to their own policies.
