I am Mehul Dalki and I had transferred PF amount from my earlier organization named Ambuja Cements Ltd – Gujarat having PF account No. GJRAJ00175810000004183 into my new organization called Wartsila India Ltd. – Maharashtra having PF account No. MHVAS00247740000003156.

Ambuja Cements Ltd. is registered in Rajkot PF office at Gujarat. Later company named Wartsila India Ltd is registered in Vashi PF office at Maharashtra. I had transferred my Ambuja PF amount into Wartsila PF amount, but at time of withdrawal of PF amount from Wartsila PF amount, I came to know that PF amount for Ambuja Cements Ltd from Rajkot PF office has been transferred to Bandra Office instead of Vashi PF office as per Annuxure K (enclosed herewith).

After many trials from Rajkot PF office, they had issued a letter vide no. GJ/SRO/RJT/Accounts-IV/673 dated 03.09.2013 to Bandra PF office to repay PF amount to further transfer to Vashi PF office for the clearance,

But till date, they have not received the repay amount.

Am in badly need of money and continuously following up in all the PF offices to clear my withdrawal PF amount.

Kindly issue repay amount immediately to receive money.
