Amount pending of F.D.since 2012 is of rs.350000/- no interest or principal amount.From local newspaper it is learnt that there has been police complaint against Mr.Phadnis and other directors
of the co.what would be recourse toget amount back.what will be my position for getting back this amount in such situation.can i hold responsible to my agent? pl advise as amount needed for my marriage and my father is sr.citizen who contacted office many times to get back the amount
