Philips Induction Cooker HD4929 – After 20 days from purchase it is not working & shows error E7
Dear Sir
I have purchase Philips Induction Cooker HD 4929 on 27 of July. but after 20 days only it stops working and showing the error display of E7. For this i talked with Philips customer care than they said our technician visit on your site and fix your issue. But technician say that he cant come you bring your product at service center. After that i talked many times to Philips customer care but they can not provide me on site warranty. But at the time of purchase they said that we provide on site warranty for this.
Please help me for this.
