I have brought GC 2040 a year and half back. Suddenly burnt and smoke out of the box. I have raised complaints twice, they came twice and did something, now there no control for heat and due to this I had lost couple of my costly materials. Call centre is very irresponsible at attending calls, they never call back, we need to spend at least half an hour to reach them, if it’s connected, abruptly gets disconnected. They will not call back. It is very irritating calling customer care. Item is under warranty. I hope there will be an immediate action. Thank you, regards, lakshmikumar
