i purchage the philips 25000 mha power bank from SASTACOSTS AND ORDER NO #DKD11464930101 but I have received duplicate product and this is not working and the product is already used and damaged one
Also the ear phone is not same as mentioned in the add. I have received old & damaged ear phone.

Pls take back your product & return the money
