I ordered mobile case for Vivo z1 pro on 25th Dec’22, on 3-Jan-23 I received for Samsung mobile case instead of vivo z1 pro mobile case, don’t know how these org not taking basic verification which mobile case they are sending to customer.
Previously I experience with other website, at that time I did not get my order, this time I ordered in COD, but again these websites using their tricks to give different products to me. In their website there is no info of org return & exchange policy. Should I call to the Delhivery person to return my order or to whom I have to contact?
