Sir,
I ordered one Saree for Rs.399 with free shipping for all orders in “http://phonocart.in”which ad was came in my facebook page. My order no.41661 dated 25.9.2018. I also paid amount of Rs.399 from my credit card to this product. They promised order will be delivered in 8-10days. But till now i am not getting any updates from this company. Even after my order i didnot got any product details messages to my mobile / email. After some days i noticed this and i emailed to company mailid “[email protected]”, but no response. In website no login is working and no contact numbers displayed.
I also noticed same type of another online shopping site named “http://clothesfactory.in” with same as “http://phonocart.in” which is fraud and bogus.
Please take action in this matter.

I also ordered One saree in saree-399 on 19th September,we already paid for that,still we couldn’t get any product,no response ,what a rediculous issue,please take any action,please recover my amount also
