I ordered airpods combo online through online advertisement and marketing in YouTube. I made the deal just because the item was from Sony. Now I realised that it was not from Sony but some fraudster. After several attempts the item was delivered by COD from Dealzone throuh Xpresbees courier services. Unpacking the parcel, I found that i received wrong product (JBL earphones) which I not ordered for.
I contacted Xpresbees courier services and cancelled the order for refund. They have raised the complaint but asked me to contact pickrr technologies as the item was received from them. Return address mentioned on the parcel which I received was ‘ Dealzone , support : care@Dealzone, Ph 8723838846 Seller : plot number industrial area Delhi 110081 New Delhi 110081.
Please trace the fraudster and arrange for refund.
