I ordered a pizza at 8 o’clock in Dubai(from their Satwa branch) and they had not delivered my Pizza till 9:30 and I had to go out to eat. This is not the first time that this has happened and I live 800 meters from Pizza Hut but they take an hour to deliver a pizza. The pizza Hut service is very unprofessional and hope Pizza Hut US takes an action as their reputation is being tarnished.
