Then after that Advocate Associate Abhijeet Bhandari from address:- Lohana Pora Rajkot Gujarat -360001.
They are asking ransom of ist Rs6550 /- then they ask for 5450+3000 extra interest rupees. For blackmailing me and abuse with slang words . I wants to file a case against this Man Abhijeet Bhandari. This is the man who has mailed me from different mails and also call me on this phone no:-8140752354. They have given me the same mail which was sent to Tarandeep Singh . I have sent mine email id and government proof to them. They are really fraud group please take an action against Abhijeet Bhandari of CH No:-107 address of Near Hospital Chowk, Para Rajkot Gujarat. . They also said to me that if I will not pay the money they will take legal action under section 73,74& 75 . I have not taken any money from them . They have again send the mail on 13-05-2021 to me on mail id. From the address of Advocate Abhijeet Bhandari a different address:-

2.That my client above named client is doing buisness of Buisness Outsourcing Service (BPO) in the name and style of M/s. “PLACEMENT INDIA”” , at above mentioned address and my client has provide online works of CAPTCHA TYPING to any indigent.
3. You are residing at your above mentioned address and are known to my client since you availed online BPO assignment of (CAPTCHA TYPING) from M/s. “PLACEMENT INDIA”
4. That you as on date 22/5/2021 completed registration with my client agreed upon the terms and conditions rules & regulations by entering into Agreement on Non judicial Stamp paper of Rs 100/- with my clint Data Outsourcing Assignment (CAPTCHA TYPING) vide Project ID No. C2021050122607″”.
5. A/Q to terms and conditions of the agreement you had to complete the work of (ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in 08 days .
Like this mails I got from this fraud fellow “Abhijeet Bhandari ” Advocate Associate from location Vapi Gujarat.
I have done their work , also have not signed any agreement on legal papers and not paid any money by them but they are asking a ransom against me . As I am a student from Odisha and suffering from this online fraud -work from home of PLACEMENT INDIA company . They aso send me an another mail of on 13 May,2021 that is :-
By the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your File fromnour Client (PLACEMENT INDIA) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the Agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable Under Indian Contract Act 1872 and other provisions according to law.
They told me to pay the money of Rs5400+300/- within 7 days on this number:- 8140752354 trough Google pay and abused me and do harrasment on me .
5. As they asked to send the money on the transaction took place in VAPI GUJARAT the Hon’bke VAPI (Gujarat) Court and Police has got Jurisdiction . Your client also liable to pay Rs5400/- as legal notice charged to my client.

to take action against these online fraud Work from home company of Gujarat and against this Company PLACEMENT INDIA who were doing online fraud during terrible covid-19 situation . Please take action against the Abhijeet Bhandhari
