i applied february 2021 and their representative, GAGANDEEP told me that 99.9% i can find a job with processing fee of AED4400, which is refundable 100% less AED 400(tax). i proceed with my application since i have the guarantee of getting my money back. how ever until early 2023 i did not get any job,. i only got a call every time i made a follow up, but seems like a “set up call”. i decided to withdrew my application and they gave me oct 2023 for the release of my refund , however they sent an email again and postponed my refund date to march 2024. Priti, another representative via phone call told me the release of refund was postponed and it will take more than 90 days ,because of the changes in the rules and its out of their hand. Imagine, the 6 months processing time became almost 1 year.. this is too long just to process a refund.
