Poddar developer is not reliable builder, he hasn’t taken legal permission etc, construction quality also bad, every monsoon ourselves facing leakage & seepage problems, no proper road to reach home, no permanent water supply provision, We samruddhi complex peoples file FIR on Poddar developer under MOFA & consumer court, Also he tries to build another project nearby, & our authorized administration not taking action against him.
