Myself Rimi Chakraborty residing in Kolkata , Jadavpur. I want to lodge a complain against Pohunch.com the online shopping website/portal. I have placed an order for Daawat sehat Mini Mogra II Rice (10kg) bag @₹278 per bag on 01.09.2022 . I have placed an order of 3 bags which costs ₹834 total. As per website’s guidelines they have disabled PAY ON DELIVERY to maintain social distancing. It is said that If anyone want to shop anything they will have to pay either UPI/Net Banking or through their Credit /Debit cards. I have made my payment of ₹834 through my UPI on 01/09/2022. After making my payment I did not get any other response from their side . I have written to them twice on 02/09/2022 and WhatsApp them but till today no response yet received. Now I request you to please take a necessary action against them at the earliest which will help me to get my ordered items or my money at the earliest.
