I booked the below policy on 8th September 2016. Money has been deducted from my card but the transaction shows unsuccessful. I spoke to the customer care executive who initiated the deal (PW01526 – Ratnesh Kumar) and his boss also to many other. It’s almost 2 days and I have no clue whether the policy has been booked or not. Neither I received any email nor message from you. I called almost 8 times yesterday and all went in vain.

Is this how you guys are dealing with your customers? It really sucks. Definitely this would be my last business with you and will spread negative feedback about you.
