I HAVE ORDERED SAFEXION WALLET FOR RS. 899 ON 07/09/2022. ON RECEIVING THE COURIER ON 13/09/2022 AFTER CASH PAYMENT TO THE COURIER OPENED THE PACKET AS COURIER PERSON NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN AND CHECK BEFORE PAYMENT. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE NOT SENT THE PRODUCT SHOWN TO ME AND ORDERED. I COMPLAINED ON THE SAME DAY TO REPLACE THE ITEM ON MAIL ID SUPPORT@POLRITY.FRESHDESK.COM. TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
