I placed a 2 qty (buy 1 + get 1) hair serum order (order 263242) and only received 2 of the 4 bottles of hair serum that I was supposed to receive.
Additionally, they advertised a quantity of 60ml+60ml on a single quantity, but I only received two bottles, each of 30ml, on two quantities. This is a fraud that needs to be stopped as soon as possible.
Please be aware that section 420 of the IPC applies here. I will be compelled to report you to the police if this issue is not resolved within 7 days.
