I ordered sony powerbank 32000mah on 25th october 2022 for rs 799 with i7 ear phone my problem is they have send unspecified duplicate used products it is very horrible to see such products and they have cheated the customer. I am requesting to consumer forum to take a legal action against them. Thanks and and take neccesary action against fraud company.
