We booked flats in pre-launch offer with pra realty builder in 2010 in pra east avenue project wagholi, which pra not yet started and now after 7 years he is asking all 200+ customers to cancel bookings. We all lost so many opportunities of investment from 2010. 100+ buyers did registration in 2013 and gave 20% amount to pra builder against their flats.
Somany times we went to ask timelines for project completion, everytime pra staff gave fix answer that they are going to start in next 2-3 months, which never happened.
We all 200+ customers want flats on same land from pra, now it is clear that pra wants all buyers to cancel booking as we booked flats in lower rates and now he wants to start project with some other builder in joint venture or he wants to sell the land to some other builder.
Pra is doing harassment with customers, how they can hold our money for more than 5 years and now asking to cancel bookings?
