Pragati Consulting Rajnish Kumar is a number one fraud. He collected Rs. 2 Lakhs from me for Canada Visa process and cheated & escaped now without doing anything. Now he is not reachable. Also the refund cheque what he provided got bounced as he closed his bank account. I have all the proofs. I wanted to know the legal way to take action against him.
