I ordered couple of products in preetiworld.in – store mentioned in their website that it is located in gujarat on september 22,2021. I did not receive status regarding my order and I’ve mailed them a couple of times asking for my order and received no reply. Cash has been debitted from my account and I need refund. The website conveyed the products will be delivered in 3-5 business days. But I have not received any details regarding the movement of my order. It shows it sells branded and quality items at a large discount which is easy for anyone to afford. It accepts only online payment and now my money is debitted. I need my money back. I have paid 739 rupees for the products I ordered. The website shows the store is located at G-112. Belgium square, ring road, surat, gujarat – 395002. Contact no. 9313801855. I really need help to get my money back. The store shows they have accounts in instagram, facebook but links are not working and profiles in that name does not exist. Amount is debited from my account but I didn’t get my order this company is bogus I also file a complaint against preeti world to maharashtra police
I have ordered an mop set on the 2nd week of October for Rs.149 but till today I did not received my item..kindly requesting you to refund my amount which has been debited from my account n order has not been confiemed
I placed an order with preetiworld.in and paid the amount through online mode on 1st November 2021. So far it is not been delivered. I sent a couple of mails, but no response from the company. It seems this is a cheating company and am thinking of filing a police complaint with Surat crime branch in order to prevent others from becoming prey for this bogus company.
On Nov 4th o have placed order for so many items and paid Rs.2047. they said 24 hours delivery and extra paid 99 rupees for the same. Until now I didn’t get any products and I lost my money. I need to get my refund. My bad luck this fraud company ditched the faith on online shopping. I tried to contact their number provided in their page. But saying that number doesn’t exist. Please do tue needful to get my money back.
Plz refund my amount 316 rs . Order is not confirmed but money debited from my account …very bad experience.
File a charge back with your bank. Also report to cashfree.com and razorpay.com which is the payment gateway company. Also so dumb you can be to order item at such low prices.
