I was registered in quicker i get a call and a message in what app regarding part time home base work from home ‘prelax company’ they told it is a form filling work in which there are 800 form and has to be submitted 7 working days . Before the submitted the form i could not complete dur to network problem i has also inform them through what app only but they did not reply instead they message me with 2 different no in what app telling to pay the amount 5500 in the bank account 20004212547 fino bank ifsc code fino0001001 but other told to 7500 with gst so i pay i wwas afraid that they will create issued in my future as was saying and saying this sentence ‘in future if have any problem dont say ‘ so i pay . But when i ask the copy of cancel agreement they told me again to pay 4800 as noc certificate . So i was confuse and afraid i did not reply to any message or answer any unknow call . So now they are sending me messages and mail regarding legal intimation, breach of contract and was mention that a hard copy of notice has been dispatched and will receive 72working hour. A contact no 9766543297 was provided for assistance as Govt. Prosecutor to work in your favour. In this corona situation i tried to help in family due to lock down but instead these people are threading for money …if i know that these situations will happen to me.
So i mail in consumer court to help me . Please sir /mam help me in this situation. Please
