I had purchased Lockable Executive office of 500 sq.feet in Crown of Noida ( Premia Corporate City-2) from Developer Premia Structures Ltd. in June, 2013.

More than 6 years have passed, but developer had neither started construction nor returning money. Developer is missing and I am not able to catch hold of developer.
More than 14 lacs have been paid to developer & developer had ran away with my hard earned money.

Request authority to catch hold of developer so that he can pay back my money along with interest and penalty.
