Dear Sir,
We have given token money of 20,000 INR to Vijayagopala K Gupta (PAN No. AIIPG5652Q) against the rental of apartment at Prestige Kew (Flat No. 2811).
I was suppose to join the company on 23rd Mar 2020 but due to pandemic (Coronavirus) company has delayed my joining by 2-3 months. I informed Mr. Vijayagopala K Gupta about financial crisis and require minimum another 2 months as company isn’t giving me a new joining date.
Instead of showing humanity , Mr. Vijayagopala K Gupta claimed that I have joined the company and backing off from the rental deal and Mr. Vijayagopala K Gupta forfeit the token money of 20,000 INR. In between we have sent various mail and messages on WhatsApp to reconsider the decision made by them and for inconvenience cause we suggested that they could deduct 5-10% of token money amount instead forfeiting the total amount.
I have been jobless past ~2 months and in-between this crisis of pandemic I am having severe financial crisis I would request you to look into this matter and help us from getting our hard-earned money back from Mr. Vijayagopala K Gupta.
I am new to city and we don’t know what to do about it. It’s feel like racisms for being North Indian from Mr.Vijayagopala K Gupta messages to us.
