For my bike, I ordered accessories from Primo Customs, including a stand and a crash guard.

The stand became stuck when attached to the bike. After one to two months, depending on the working, the dealer I spoke with said things would become more straightforward. I waited for three months, but the bike stand kept jamming and was touching the ground while I was riding, which is dangerous.

I got in touch with him again in December of 22 and, after hearing my side of the story, he advised me to send a video of my bike stand, so I did.

He promised me, “I’ll send you a new spring.” After saying that, he did nothing, so I waited until March 23 to send him the video again. He made the same promise to me that he would send me a new spring, but he did nothing about it.

I called him ten to fifteen times, but he never answered.

After that, I waited until June 23 and carried on as usual. I then tried calling from a different number, and he answered. We discussed the same issue, so I was told to send the contact information (phone number, address, and pin code).

I send him my personal information, but he hasn’t provided me with any further updates since.

I tried calling now 10-15 times per day and using WhatsApp, but she didn’t answer.
