Dear Concern,
I purchased 2 saree, Blue (Rs. 2350) Pink (2850) from Princess you, i got her reference from Facebook, she only delivered blue saree with very poor quality And she wrongly deliver a gown instead of pink saree, after getting my packet i contacted her that i am not satisfied with the product please replace it, at that time she was ready to replace, next day i masseged her that i am returning the products please replace it, from that massege she is stop replying me, i called her so many times, i whatsapp her lots of msgs but she didn’t reply, now i want to file a Complain againt her that very unprofessional behaviour and i want my money back.
