I placed order on printerplug.com order NO 12522.
Three weeks passed by. Order status is pending. There is no way to cancel the order and get the refund.
Tried to contact [email protected] many times. There is no response.
It looks like a shady business. There is no phone number provided.
No customer support available.

If printerplug want to do fair business, they should respond and fulfill orders.
