I had ordered an item on Printland.in on 14th February. It was a valentine day gift. The gift was to deliver on 24th February. Then the people at Printland sent me a mail stating that the image on my gift wasn’t clear and requested me to send a high resolution image. I had sent across the image on 18th February. I was calling the company often and they reassured me that the gift would be delivered soon. Few days back the company told that the gift had been dispatched on 26th February (that too after constant follow-ups and the gift missing the delivery date). Today when I called the company they are saying that the gift hasn’t been dispatched yet. It seems that the service representatives are lying all the time and they have no interest in fulfilling my order. This is an absolutely disgraceful service from the company.
