I bought a customised pen and a hoodie jacket from Printland online on 28th of august.But I had given wrong state name in my address and customer care to change it and they responded immediately and said it was done. I got a mail from printland that they have started processing and in the site, delivery date was shown as 6th September. Later I read few reviews that they are usually late in delivering. Since this was a bday gift I did not want to get it delayed. So I requested to customer care again to take care that it is not delayed beyond 7th of September. I got a response saying they will try and also there could be delay due to other reasons.Since the bday was on 9th I thought even if it got delayed by 2 days it should be fine. But today it’s 11th of September and still order not delivered. I have sent three messages since 7th and I am not getting any response from them now who were very prompt to respond earlier.I am not sure what to do as they are not responding.I paid for it online already.
