Printland – Urgent order not processed

I ordered a product at Printland’s Website on 04 Jan 2017 (paying full amount in advance), where they mentioned the expected delivery by 14 Jan 2017.
It was a personalised watch to be gifted to my friend, at his wedding on 18 Jan 2017.

Despite being non delivery of the product, the most amazed thing was that when i checked the update on the product at their website on 17 Jan 2017, i saw that the same was not even processed till that time.

I tried reaching Printland but they were so unprofessional to even update me on the processing status.

Today is 22 Jan 2017 and so far i know is that the product is still in processing stage.

Highly unprofessional with no sense of responsibility.
