sub : cancellation of my membership for priority services
dear sir/madam
my name is abbas ali kanchwala as i have taken a membership in your company for priority services on 18th of april 2016 monday at 6:00 o clock and a paid a membership amount of rs- 40000=00 ( forty thousand )through my kotak credit card 20000=00 & 20000=00 through my kotak debit card . I was informed that my credit card amount will be transferred into emi but the whole amount is debited without transfer to emi. Anyways i want to surrender my membership as i am in financial bad situation and have come into medical emergency .I have visited your office at banjara hills and met your executive ms. Seeresha on 21 april thursday and have explained to her my situation she promised to revert mee back within 3 days.As i cant go further with rest payment. . Hence i request you to please cancel my membership and refund my amount to mee as soon as possible because i am in urgent need of my hard earned money at this situation. Looking forward for your support.On regular follow ups you people are not responding .Please respond positively otherwise will go legally.

They are big fraud they have cheated me.please help me in getting back my hard earned money as i am in deep loss in business and in urgent need for medical emergency .
