We had purchased 2 years of holiday from Priority services last sunday. They had promised for 15 days of holidays, summer camp for kids, fittness studio. But now when we request for summer camp for the month of May they dont respond.
The mail id given for correspondence was [email protected] but the messages are bouncing back. Also the customer care person says the concerned person is on leave etc. Please interfere and address this issue.
