I have worked for Prism Informatics Ltd for almost 3 yrs. Address: C-912, BSEL Tech Park,
Opp Vashi Railway Station,Sec 30-A, Vashi,Navi Mumbai 400705.P: 022-61371000. I have completed all legal procedure to exit company like i have served 2 months notice period, also got all documentation from prism and was told that my F&F will be paid after one month. My last day of work was 22/03/2016. It has been 8 months now and they haven’t paid a Penny in my account. My last three month salary ( Jan – mar 2016) that is approx Rs90,000 and variable from past years approx Rs 36,000 and my Perdiem ( working overseas for 5 months ) approx 75,000 hasn’t been paid as it was Rs500 per day.

Can somebody help me to get money back as the amount is too big to sum up its Rs 201000.

I have email Hr department several time but no response.

Any help will be appreciated.
