i was working in the company as a drive test engineer from june2009 – september2010. my employee id was c0652. after i left the company hr told me tha some amount is remaining and it will b cleared within 3 months. it is almost 4 years but my amount is not cleared. i want my full and final payment. they should be punished and i should also get interest on that final amount.
i m having their emails in which they have promised that i will receive my payment within few months.
