I received a parking charge for parking at 186 NE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL on December 8 2022. I have a paid receipt from Atlas Parking and spoke with Professional Parking Management on 12/20/2022 at 11:07am. Advised them I had a paid receipt and they said they were turning me over to collections if I didn’t pay it. Their Notice # is 089-869-120. I will not pay this and want a formal filing about this company.
