We Have Approached Prominent Overseas In 2021 Based On The Online Reviews To Enquire About Canada Immigration Services They Offer. They Have Assessed Our (Me And My Husband’s) Profile For A Price And Suggested That We Qualify To Apply For Canadian PR. We Were Told That They Will Help With The Complete End To End Process. We Have Requested For Some Time To Think About It And Proceed. They Have Left No Stone Unturned In Their Follow Ups Until We Finally Paid A Sum Of 100000+GST In 2022 (This Was The Biggest Mistake Of Our Lives). Once The Full Amount Was Paid, We Were Assigned A Case Manager And The Follow Up From Prominent Has Gradually Decreased A Finally Became Zero. All We Receive From The So-Called Case Managers Is Generic Email Updates Of The Entire Worlds Canada Immigration Status. Our Contract Says And Also We Were Promised That Prominent Will Pay And Book For The IELTS Slot However They Never Responded To Our Many Requests For Slot Booking And Now Say That My Contract Is Expired So They Cannot Book The Slot Anymore. This Is Out Right Cheating, And I Demand Full Refund For The Amount Paid. This Has Unnecessarily Caused A Lot Of Stress And Anxiety In Our Lives. I Highly Doubt If The Positive Reviews For This Consultancy Are Genuine Or Paid Cause I Resonate With Every Negative Review Written About Prominent And My Issue Is Exactly The Same As Many Other People Who Have Negatively Reviewed About Them. Not A Single Service Was Provided As Per Promise. No Answer To Phone Calls. Only Respond To Emails Saying That They Will Have The Concerned Person Call And Discuss. One Who Calls Doesn’t Have A Clue Of The Background And Will Say They Will Get Back. Unethical And Sham.
