I purchase a plot from him on 13/06/2013 at kalli paschim lucknow, khasara no. 3303 (Old), 798/3501 (New) and paid rs. 8 lakhs. Land was not on his name in government record. It was on the name of buddhi lal, who again sold it to amrendra bahadur singh of kalli paschim on 30/09/2013. I neither got land nor my money, (The land was initially sold by buddhi lal to mukhtar ahmed on 25/05/2001 which was auctioned hdfc bank to sujata. Mukhtar ahmed had taken loan from hdfc bank and did not repay the loan. Further sujata sold the land to sandeep kumar shukla who in turn sold it to my wife amrita yadav.
