Really frustrated to write this email regarding the refund link of Puma which i was suppose to get way back on 5th of july but I am yet to receive any link as of now i have been told it has been sent twice and it baffles me even if somehow theirs some issue in emails I haven’t even received SMS which they said they have sent both in mail and sms. They just keep asking for 48 hour’s time abd and same thing i have to repeat again & again to every customer executive not sure what to do anymore.
If this complaint gets to puma i request you to refund my Hard earned money.
