We purchase 1 bhk flat, madhura residency, bhugaon, pune in the year 2007. Our agreement is as per gram panchyat. Our builder name is mr. Khandalge. Our flat is at 5th floor. Till today’s date builder has not completed the work of our lift. Lift work is kept incomplete. Inspite of taking many follow-ups from builder, he is not completing his work. He is giving assurance last 8 / 9 yrs. We are suffering a lot. Boz of pending work of lift, we are not able to sell our flat. We are paying regular electricity bill, maintenance. Also we have paid gram panchayat tax. Nothing is pending from our side.
