On 8 dec 2016Ii visited my bank branch
to submit the online dispute transaction chargeback form to the branch
manager but he refuses to accept that so
i contact the bank head office for the
concern and they talk to the manager
then the manager angrily throw my
application and tell me to get out ans
said “nikal yaha se” and use rude and
vulgar language and he was very
aggresiv he also gives threatening to me
I very harm from this type of
unethical misbehaviour.
I had approached the Bank internal ombudsman and RBI banking ombudsman but no resolution.
They had not taken any action against the branch manager.
Don’t open account in PNB Bank
Even animals behave good than PNB Bank employees.
