I booked a 1 bhk flat with Puraniks Unicorn Thane (Ghodbundar Road) on 15.08.2023 paying a token amount of Rs 21000/-. But due to some emergency in family we had to withdraw the plan. I sent a mail to [email protected] and [email protected] for cancelling the booking on 17.08.2023 and received a mail from [email protected] confirming that my booking has been cancelled.
At tha time of booking the flat I signed a contract where it was written that in case of cancellation of flat within 15days of signing the contract 100% amount will be refunded within 45 days. However, no amount has been refunded till date. Also i have sent repeated mails to [email protected] requesting to refund the token amount of Rs 21000 but we have not received any mail regarding the refund.
Kindly help us in getting the refund. I am attaching the screenshot of Rs 21000 paid at the time of booking the flat.
