I had placed an order of 2 items on the www.purplle.com website on 8-Dec’13 by paying amount – Rs 1014 (Order No. – 20131208151957) . On 9-Dec’13, I called up their customer care center to know the status of my order. There was no response from their side & received a sms that please write to [email protected] & they will revert in 6 hours. I wrote an e-mail to them and asked about my order that till when it will be shipped. I got no reply from their side. On 19-Dec-13, I received a message that my order is partly shipped with item value Rs 319. I received that item on 22-Dec-13. Today is 24-Dec and I again called them up to know the status of the second item of the order, still there is no response and again received the same sms that please write to us. I have just fed up from these people. Can you please help in getting my money back?
Well I am also frustrated with the services of purplle.com. I had placed an order on 11.0614 for 2 items but only one item has been delivered so far till 27th June 14. Despite protracted followup, there is no response from the website for either refunding money or delivering product. How can I initiate legal action against the owners of the website.
well I am just irritated nad disppointed with purplle. I had placed an order on 7th of this month. They have still not dispatched the items. Have callled up the customer care several times but no one answers the call. I have mailed them too but still no reply. How can I get my money back???
Also I would recommend all never to shop from this site ever again.
